Our client is a small-scale notary's office located on the Vaud coast.
Tasks
Your responsibilities:
- Draft legal acts and documents, including marriage contracts, wills, inheritance agreements and various declarations.
- Prepare and establish tax inventories within the framework of estates, including the collection and analysis of relevant documentation.
- Participate in the settlement of estates and the division of assets in cases of death or divorce.
- Ensure the complete follow-up of files and coordinate exchanges with clients, authorities and other stakeholders.
- Conduct legal research and provide technical support to notaries on complex issues.
Candidate profile
Your profile:
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Swiss law.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role or a young legal professional wishing to specialise in the notarial field.
- Previous experience in a notary’s office is a real asset.
- Excellent drafting skills, analytical mind and sense of priorities.
- Autonomous, rigorous person with excellent judgement and who appreciates responsibility.
