To strengthen our team in the Supplementary Benefits division, we are looking for a

Your tasks

• Drafting decisions on objections in the field of supplementary benefits, particularly for French-speaking cases.
• Representing the Compensation Fund of the Canton of Bern before the Administrative Court and the Federal Court.
• Advising colleagues responsible for case processing as well as specialists.
• Analysing legal and societal developments to identify measures to be implemented within the service.

Your profile

• University degree in law; a lawyer’s licence is an advantage.
• Several years of professional experience within the legal department of a company, an administration or a law firm.
• In-depth knowledge of property law, family law, inheritance law and procedural law.
• Experience in conducting judicial proceedings.
• Bilingualism (German and French) is essential for this role.
• Professional experience in the field of social insurance law is desirable.
