Legal InternJob DescriptionAs an intern, you will have the opportunity to apply the theoretical knowledge acquired during your studies in a dynamic and varied setting. You will participate in handling concrete cases combining legal and social issues. You will contribute to the search for solutions aimed at guaranteeing the protection of the rights and interests of the individuals concerned. This internship will also allow you to discover the interactions with judicial authorities and the various partners of the social network, as well as the realities linked to managing often complex situations, requiring an approach that is both rigorous, humane, and multidisciplinary.Responsibilities- Contribute to processing legal requests from professional guardians and curators.- Conduct legal research and participate in drafting legal opinion projects, particularly in the areas of adult and child protection, debt collection and bankruptcy, tenancy law, social insurance, and civil law.- Manage and process files, particularly in the areas of real estate sales and successions.- Provide support to professional guardians and curators for the legal representation of the individuals concerned before any authority.Profile- Law degree obtained recently (less than one year before the start of the internship).- Good skills in legal research and drafting.- Marked interest in adult and child protection law.- Analytical, synthesis, and drafting skills for complex subjects.- Rigor, autonomy, initiative, and discretion.- Interpersonal skills, sense of service, and ease in working in a multidisciplinary team.Who are we?The Service for Curatorship and Professional Guardianship (SCTP) has the mission of executing adult and child protection measures pronounced by justices of the peace in favor of people in situations of vulnerability, when the latter need social, legal, financial, and complex support that cannot be assumed by private individuals.
