• handle issues related to enforcement
• formulate positions, for example, in the context of parliamentary interventions, internal administrative consultations, or appeal procedures

• university degree in law, in-depth knowledge and experience in constitutional and administrative law and, ideally, the legislative process
• affinity with scientific and technical issues
• excellent analytical skills and ease of expression both orally and in writing
• excellent ability to adapt quickly and deliver results independently and responsibly
• proficiency in French or German and very good knowledge of the other language

The Legal Domain 2 section of the Law division deals with legal issues and legislative projects concerning therapeutic products, epidemics, and other legal areas under the responsibility of the Federal Office of Public Health. You will work within a motivated team, in an interdisciplinary environment and a collegial atmosphere.
