Then, nice to meet you!Legal Counsel – 80%4-month temporary missionWithin our legal team, you occupy a key role by supporting the various entities of the Group on varied legal issues. Your objective? Provide legal advice, secure the company's activities through the drafting and review of contracts, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.What you do on a daily basis- You advise the various entities of the Group on varied legal issues, mainly in private law, particularly in matters of contract law, corporate law, and other related fields.- You manage the negotiation, drafting, and review of contracts, particularly commercial contracts, while participating in projects and mandates of significant scope for the Group.- You draft internal regulations and directives for the Assura Group and ensure the defense of its legal interests, while ensuring the security of its activities and supporting its development.What you bring to the team- You hold a Master's degree in Swiss law and ideally the Bar Exam.- You have at least three years of professional experience, preferably in the field of private law, and you demonstrate excellent legal knowledge as well as a strong capacity for analysis and synthesis.- You have perfect command of French and possess good knowledge of English.- You communicate with ease, appreciate teamwork, and favor collaboration while being comfortable in exchanges with varied interlocutors.- You work in a fast, rigorous, and organized manner.
