Legal CounselJob DescriptionWithin the Directorate General for the Environment (DGE), several units ensure support and logistics. The Legal Affairs Unit (JUR) is responsible for advisory, expertise, and legal monitoring missions, while representing the service or department before courts to defend its interests. It also plays a key role in the transversal management of certain projects. As a legal counsel within the DGE-JUR, you will assume very varied tasks in legal and technical fields related to the activities of the DGE. The main missions are summarized below:Responsibilities- Provide advice and resolve legal questions.- Assume the instruction of procedures, coordinate technical aspects with specialists, and ensure the drafting of decisions in the DGE's areas of activity.- Assume the management and processing of appeal procedures in the DGE's areas of activity.- Ensure legal monitoring and the updating of reference documents (tables, templates, processes, etc.).- Participate in DGE-JUR activities and contribute to their development.- Support or replace colleagues.For more details, you can refer to the job description.
