Within a group, you act as the key legal partner for management and the various entities.
You provide cross-functional support on legal, regulatory and compliance issues, while contributing to securing operations and managing risks.
Legal Counsel
Your responsibilities:
- Support teams on issues related to Swiss labour law and social insurance
- Supervise contract-related matters
- Draft, analyse and negotiate various types of commercial contracts
- Ensure monitoring and optimisation of the company’s insurance coverages as well as management of claims files
- Ensure compliance with data protection and act as the internal point of contact on these matters
- Advise the group’s various entities on routine and strategic legal matters
- Participate in operations related to investments and partnerships
- Manage pre-litigation, disputes and procedures in coordination with external counsel
- Ensure the company’s legal secretariat and preparation of governance-related documentation
Your profile:
- University degree in Swiss law (Bachelor/Master or equivalent qualification)
- Proven experience of at least 10 years in a generalist legal role
- Strong skills in Swiss labour law, commercial law, social insurance and data protection
- Excellent drafting skills and analytical mindset
- Fluent in French and German
- Proficient with common office software and strong interest in digital solutions and AI applied to legal functions
- Sense of responsibility, discretion, autonomy and pragmatism
