The Federation of the Swiss Watch Industry FH is the primary representative of the Swiss watch industry, representing more than 90% of companies in the sector. It defends the interests of its members, coordinates actions, and represents the industry on the international stage.A central role for a global impact in favor of watchmaking.Within our legal division, we are looking for a Legal Counsel 100%.For this role, the main objective is to ensure the fight against online counterfeiting, to coordinate online-to-offline actions, and to manage complex cases requiring the implementation of specific legal procedures.Mission- Perform legal monitoring of anti-counterfeiting actions in the watch industry online and in the field and coordinate their implementation with members, partners, and authorities.- Respond to specific requests from members and ensure relations with key internet players involved in the fight against watch counterfeiting.- Coordinate online-to-offline actions in order to identify the networks involved and define appropriate interventions.- Develop lobbying and relations with major internet players and service providers as well as authorities involved in the fight against economic crime.- Manage complex online counterfeiting cases requiring the implementation of specific legal procedures in connection with sales platforms, social networks, websites, and the various actors concerned.- Conduct legal research in intellectual property and ensure monitoring and jurisprudence related to new technologies and the internet.- Ensure the reporting of department activities to the members of our anti-counterfeiting group as well as to various external audiences.- Draft reports and follow up on activities (drafting minutes, newsletters, summaries).The profile we are looking for- Master's degree in law, crime, and security of new technologies (Bachelor's degree in law required) or equivalent in the field of law (intellectual property) and economic crime.- French native speaker, English level B2, German level B1.- Knowledge of intellectual property (trademark law, design, and copyright).- Specialized in new technology law.- Very good knowledge of office tools (MS Office, Internet, Outlook).- Ease in oral communication.- The foundations of the position are analytical skills, precision, sense of initiative, and aptitude for finding solutions.- Start date: June or by agreement.We offer youJoin a dynamic and motivated team for a stimulating position.
