To meet the many challenges it faces, the General Management of the HIB is looking for a:Legal Counsel at 50%Your mission- Work closely with the Human Resources Department on all matters related to labor law, applicable collective labor agreements (CCT), and files requiring legal analysis or drafting- Participate in call for tender procedures for public procurement, particularly for the drafting and proofreading of legal documents- Draft, analyze, and adapt conventions, institutional directives, or any other document requiring a legal framework, at the request of members of the Management- Collaborate, when necessary, in the management of complaints by providing legal analysis and drafting support- Contribute to work related to data protection- Provide targeted legal opinions and proposals, adapted to the needs of the DepartmentsYour profile- You hold a Master's degree in law, ideally supplemented by a bar exam or confirmed experience as a legal counsel- You have mastered the fields of Swiss labor law, administrative law, and collective labor agreements (CCT)- You have essential notions of public procurement law and data protection- You demonstrate autonomy, an excellent sense of writing, and a sharp analytical capacityStart date: to be agreedWork rate: 50%We thank you for sending us your complete application by applying online.
