Your tasks
- Advising insured persons by telephone and in writing on questions relating to basic and supplementary insurance
- Mediation in case of disputes between insured persons and health insurers
- Development of the knowledge management system within the Mediation Office
Your profile
- Lawyer or health insurance specialist with federal certificate
- Native French speaker or very good knowledge of French (spoken and written)
- Oral proficiency in German is desirable
- Professional experience in the field of health insurance is an advantage
- Analytical mind and solution-oriented working method
