• representing the administration within parliamentary committees
• writing reports for the Federal Council and Parliament
• clarifying legal questions and providing legal support to the specialised sections of the Insurance Supervision division

What makes you unique

• law degree (licence or master) with a lawyer’s certificate and/or relevant further training
• at least five years of solid professional experience in the legal field
• experience in legislation and with the political and administrative processes of the federal administration and Parliament
• good knowledge of health insurance, social insurance law, administrative law and European coordination law
• independent working, ability to work in a team and flexibility are essential
• good active knowledge of two official languages and, if possible, passive knowledge of the third
