The Juvenile Court investigates offenses committed by minors and pronounces sentences. It is also in charge of the execution of the sentence. To complete the existing team, the Juvenile Court, which employs nearly 50 people, is looking for a specialized case manager.Responsibilities- Ensure the management and follow-up of the unit's files with full autonomy by mastering the procedures and business processes related to the field.- Analyze and process the various stages of the procedure in connection with file maintenance, verifying that all documents are gathered and compliant.- Collaborate in the organization and preparation of hearings, interviews, and appointments by determining the degree of urgency.- Manage the handling, routing, and dispatching of various correspondence by setting priorities according to deadlines and legal timeframes.- Draft certain decisions and various documents, notably hearing minutes, under the supervision of the judge or any other person authorized to do so.- Provide service at the counter and by telephone by informing litigants, lawyers, and partner services about procedures, deadlines, and information.You will find more information in the job description by clicking here.Do you have questions?
