## Job Description ##
**Your key responsabilities:**

Drafting and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and court submissions.
*
Managing case files, evidence, and procedural deadlines.
*
Assisting with the preparation of hearing bundles and court filings.
*
Liaising with courts, administrative bodies, and external parties.
*
Providing daily administrative support to the litigation team (calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reports).
## The Successful Applicant ##
The successful candidates:
*
At least three years of experience in a litigation or disputes environment, ideally as a paralegal, legal assistant, or clerk.
*
Proficiency in both English and French, with business-level German considered a strong asset.
*
Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks.
*
Responsive, proactive, and able to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
*
Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
*
Competent and confident IT user, with experience in document management systems and ExhibitManager.
*
Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field, or relevant Paralegal qualification preferred.
