The management of the Medical-Psychological Centre is looking for:

Mission:

The legal advisor provides expertise to the Management and institution leaders to ensure the legal security of strategic, organisational and operational decisions of the Medical-Psychological Centre (CMP). They ensure compliance of activities with legal and regulatory provisions, support projects with legal stakes, conduct legal monitoring, contribute to managing institutional risks and represent the CMP with authorities and partners, delegated by the Administrator.

Tasks:

• Advise the Administrator and Management on institutional legal matters.
• Conduct legal analyses and opinions.
• Legally secure decisions, procedures and institutional documents.
• Identify legal risks and propose measures to control them.
• Ensure legislative, regulatory and case law monitoring.
• Support managers in cases with legal stakes.
• Represent the CMP with authorities and partners on delegation from the Administrator.

Requirements :

• You hold a university Master’s degree in law or an equivalent qualification.
• You have additional training or confirmed experience in public law, administrative law, health law, data protection or public procurement.
• Professional experience within a public administration, a healthcare institution or a semi-public institution.
• You demonstrate excellent skills in legal analysis, synthesis and drafting.
• You show rigour, autonomy, discretion and a strong sense of responsibility.
• You are comfortable working in a team and know how to advise diverse interlocutors pragmatically.
