We are looking for a passionate and motivated Strap Maker to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture products in accordance with clients’ specifications: shape, size, quality and desired details
• Master self-inspection to ensure product conformity
• Determine suitable leathers, textiles, reinforcements and other materials for each product, taking into account their physical and aesthetic properties
• Collaborate with production teams
• Attach buckles or clasps, and perform other operations to finalise the product
• Perform routine maintenance of tools and equipment used
• Participate in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes
• Ensure the quality and conformity of products according to company standards

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of materials used in strap manufacturing (leather, textile, metal, etc.)
• Experience in leather/textile watch straps or leather goods preferred
• Ability to use specialised tools and machines to cut, prepare, assemble, sew, and glue various components
• Creative mindset and attention to detail
• Rigour and organisation
• Team spirit and collaboration
