Lead Fullstack Developer / Tech LeadThe roleThis position is not just about delivering features. We are looking for someone capable of bridging the gap between product vision, business needs, technical execution, and DevOps. A profile capable of understanding complex business logic, translating it into robust, maintainable, and scalable solutions, and then helping the team progress in terms of architecture, delivery, and development practices. This mission requires as much technical rigor as soft skills: structuring without making things heavy, challenging without blocking, improving processes without creating unnecessary complexity.Main responsibilities- Actively contribute to the fullstack development of the platform: develop, deploy, and maintain interfaces, APIs, backend services, and frontend modules.- Consolidate existing solutions and propose relevant avenues for evolution.- Participate in architectural choices: order workflows, asset management, campaign rules, permissions, production, and interoperability.- Translate complex business needs into clear, reliable, and maintainable technical solutions.- Guarantee the robustness, scalability, and quality of developments.- Strengthen code review, testing, monitoring, and security practices.- Take charge of DevOps practices: CI/CD, environments, continuous deployment, monitoring, observability, reliability, and delivery processes.- Contribute to the progressive integration of advanced logic and applied AI, serving quality, productivity, and brand consistency.- Support the team in increasing its autonomy, methodology, and efficiency.- Collaborate with product, design, development, and business specialist teams.Profile sought & technical stackWe are looking for an experienced, hands-on, structuring, and product-oriented profile. A person capable of staying close to the code while taking a step back on architecture, development practices, technical trade-offs, and long-term quality. The goal is not just to deliver features, but to help the company reach a technical and organizational milestone: structuring the architecture, strengthening team practices, improving delivery reliability, and building solid foundations for a SaaS intended for demanding clients.- Significant experience in fullstack development.- Very good mastery of .NET 9/10 and frontend experience, ideally Angular 19+.- Experience with and understanding of API-driven architectures and experience with RESTful APIs.- Knowledge of RabbitMQ or similar messaging systems.- Experience with Docker and ideally experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, deployment environments, monitoring, observability, and security.- Experience in B2B SaaS software development is greatly appreciated.- Familiarity with workflow management, digital asset management, permissions, and the ability to understand business issues and propose adapted solutions.- Experience in an Agile environment.- Ease with Mac, Linux, and Windows environments.- Higher education degree, ideally Bachelor HES or equivalent.- We place as much importance on the ability to think about product, quality, and scalability as on pure technical mastery.
