Lead and develop the Accounts Payable function within a centralized finance setup, overseeing end-to-end AP while driving process and strong internal controls as a key partner for finance supporting team post-acquisition in a dynamic healthcare services environment.Our client is a fast-growing healthcare services group, in a dynamic, acquisition-driven environment with a strong focus on excellence and finance.Lead the day-to-day Accounts Payable activities within a centralized finance function, ensuring invoice processing, timely payments, and smooth collaboration with internal stakeholders and ownership of AP processes and controls, contributing to reliable month-end closures, compliance, and alignment between sub-ledgers and the general ledger.Lead and support a small AP team, clear to professionalize ways of working and scale the function as the business grows.Take an active role in finance projects, including process improvements, and system optimization within the ERP environment.Support the integration of newly acquired entities, helping to align AP practices, policies, and workflows within a standardized framework.Act as a key contact for audits and internal reviews, ensuring proper documentation, clear procedures, and strong compliance standards.ProfileSolid experience in Accounts Payable within a multi-entity or centralized finance environment, ideally with exposure to Shared Services Center (SCC).Proven experience working with an ERP system, with a good understanding of system optimization and the ability to support process improvements.Strong understanding of end-to-end AP processes, including invoice processing, payments, supplier management, and reporting.Ability to structure, improve, and standardize processes, with a clear interest in continuous improvement.Comfortable in a dynamic environment, including system optimization and the integration of new entities.Initial team leadership experience is an advantage, combined with a hands-on and autonomous approach.Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.Fluent in English; good command of French or German.OfferA newly created leadership role with real impact in a growing, healthcare services group.Flexibility, with an employment rate between 60% and 100% depending on seniority, flexible working hours, and two days of home office per week.Central location, a few minutes from the station with parking options.Opportunity to shape and scale the Accounts Payable function, with exposure to process improvements and development prospects within a stable and evolving organization, including team growth and increased scope over time. jid6182a20aen jit0417aen jpiy26aen
