Specialized in a network of rail and road public transport, both urban and regional, we transport millions of passengers per year on 38 lines and 293 km.We are nearly 600 professionals working daily as a team to offer a quality service aimed at customers. We put our capacity at the service of regional development and are motivated by the ambition to be the main player in mobility in the canton of Neuchâtel by proposing a reliable and efficient mobility chain between the different modes of public transport. To complete our staff, we are looking for, for a 2-year fixed-term contract, a Specialist Overhead Line Fitter (2-year fixed-term contract).Function goalsAs a specialist overhead line fitter, you perform inspections and maintenance work on traction power lines (LC).If you hold a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC), in support of the team leader, you also maintain the transN overhead contact line network, guaranteeing the safety of people, property, and the reliability of the railway path. If you hold an OCVM, you also perform shunting movements and drive trains according to A40 on the entire transN railway network.Description of tasks and responsibilitiesIn this capacity, your missions will be to:- Contribute to the construction and maintenance of the train and trolleybus overhead contact line network.- Actively contribute to the constant monitoring of the network in order to detect defects.- Accompany shunting movements useful for the maintenance of railway infrastructure.- Actively contribute to the implementation of safety measures on construction sites.- Maintain and program electronic control units for switches / frequency control for the trolleybus overhead line.- Perform assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting interventions on railway and trolleybus contact lines.- Execute in complete autonomy protection and earthing/short-circuiting work.- Carry out, or give electrical shunting orders, on contact line sections and/or transmit them.- Ensure coordination with external partners on the various construction sites.- Regularly perform night work.- Ensure on-call service 7/7 (place of residence within 30 minutes) and occasionally irregular working hours to guarantee the availability of the network.Profile- CFC in the field of electrotechnics (network electrician, electrician, assembly electrician, etc.).- Have completed crane operator + slinging training.- Basic knowledge of computer tools.- Benefit from driving licenses B & C (heavy goods vehicle).- Integrate health and safety standards.Are you ready to take on this challenge?
