You will work mainly on landscaping masonry projects, swimming pool construction, and large-scale exterior landscaping in the La Côte region and more broadly in French-speaking Switzerland. We are looking for a person for whom being a team leader means knowing how to anticipate, organize, decide, and transmit — while remaining fully involved in the field.Your responsibilities- You take charge of your construction sites autonomously, from their preparation to their acceptance.- Daily management of the site and distribution of work.- Supervision and support of a team of two to three people.- Reading plans, taking levels, and measuring landscaping masonry work: walls, stairs, paving, tiling, curbs, concreting, and networks.- Construction of swimming pools and their peripheral landscaping.- Coordination of machines, suppliers, and stakeholders.- Anticipation of needs to avoid site interruptions.- Quality control, finishes, deadlines, and compliance with professional safety rules.- Communication with clients, architects, and our technical managers.- Regular and clear transmission of project progress.- You have real autonomy in the management of your work, with the support of our technical office when necessary.Your profile- Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) in landscaping, equivalent qualification, or solid experience in landscaping.- Confirmed experience in leading a small team.- Very good knowledge of landscaping masonry and major landscaping.- Mastery of reading plans, measurements, and levels.- Ability to organize a construction site and anticipate its needs.- Sense of responsibility, efficiency, and high standards in finishes.- Ability to communicate correctly with demanding private clients.- Driver's license B essential; license BE appreciated.- Good command of French.- Experience in swimming pool construction is an advantage, but not essential.
