• Management and support of the team of 15 employees (personnel requirement planning, participation in the recruitment process, monitoring of absence cases, etc.)
• Conflict management, various interviews
• Preparation of schedules and planning of team training
• Close collaboration with the sales floor team and the retail sector manager
• Application and implementation of the LANDI Switzerland concept
• Management of restocking and deliveries
• Creation and implementation of site promotions
• Administrative tasks (cash register control, monitoring of the internal control system, budget monitoring)
• Analysis of key figures and measures.

Profile sought

• Mandatory retail management CFC
• Additional training in sales and/or team management, an advantage
• Proven experience in personnel leadership and management essential
• Solid experience in a similar position
• Ability to lead, coach and motivate a team
• Organisational and management skills
• Native French speaker
• Forklift licence, an advantage
• Proficiency in main computer software
• Dynamic, participative, ease in contacts and team spirit
