Independent and family-run manufacturer, Jean Singer & Cie SA has been producing high-quality dials for the most prestigious Swiss watch brands for over a century. To complete our teams in our building in Boudry, we are looking for a:

Lamella Operator (M/F)

Your mission:

The Lamella Operator ensures the placement of appliqués (logos, windows and other components) on lamellae/supports, in accordance with operating procedures and quality requirements. They prepare the lamellae, position the parts precisely, adjust the hold/clamping and check the alignment, orientation and stability of the assembly to guarantee the conformity of batches for the following stages (washing, brightening, electroplating, polishing and counting).

Your tasks:

• Preparation of parts and lamellae/supports
• Lamella placement/assembly of appliqués on lamellae
• Quality control and conformity
• Traceability, batch management and handover to downstream operations
• Workstation maintenance and safety

Additionally, you will also carry out the following activities:

• Preparation for washing
• Execution of washing operations
