WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Carry out physico-chemical, microbiological and organoleptic analyses, as well as control the quality of raw materials, intermediate products and finished products
• Sample, prepare, preserve samples and manage laboratory equipment (calibration, first-level maintenance)
• Interpret and validate analysis results, report non-conformities and propose corrective actions
• Write and update reports, protocols, analysis sheets and associated documentation
• Apply and monitor quality procedures (HACCP, ISO, etc.), ensure compliance with Swiss legal requirements (OSAV), participate in internal and external audits
• Collaborate with production, logistics and R&D, participate in problem-solving and comply with safety rules (use of PPE). Participate in continuous improvement and development of new methods

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Federal VET Diploma as a laboratory technician in biology. Experience in dairy products is an asset
• Good knowledge of microbiology, food chemistry
• Mastery of analysis techniques and laboratory instruments
• Comfort with documentation, traceability and IT/quality software tools
• Rigour, organisational skills, autonomy, analytical mind and ability to work in a team
