Manage the stocks of laboratory supplies chemicals, biologicals, gas and consumables, based on laboratories’ needs.

Review laboratory supplies’ internal orders and coordinate distribution.

Support laboratory users for any internal ordering issue.

Accountability 1: \[Stock management\]

Ensure the physical and electronical reception, controlling, storage, requests, distribution, tracking, archiving, and inventory of chemicals, biologicals, gas, liquid nitrogen, dry ice and consumables to all laboratories on the Neuchatel site, to comply with the Good x Practices requirements, in order to guarantee uninterrupted service linked to business needs, respecting regulations' guidelines, in line with PMI Principles and Practices, and in accordance with safety rules.

Maintain and improve work processes related to laboratory supplies' stocks and logistics to ensure optimal services levels to minimize requestors' waiting time, maximize customer satisfaction and accuracy of responses and efficiency. Ensure that all activities related to stock management legislation and ADR transportation's legislation (European agreement concerning the international carriage of dangerous goods by road) to comply with Swiss regulations.

Accountability 2: \[External orders\]

Ensure the controlling, reception, requestors awareness, distribution, tracking, and archiving of all chemicals, biologicals, gas and consumables ordered by Neuchatel laboratories.

Accountability 3: \[Support\]

Provide training, technical support and reporting to all laboratory users and related teams. Support Procurement for suppliers’ bench marking, KPIs, data and feedbacks.

High/Secondary School Federal certificate (CFC) as Laboratory Technician in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Assistant, Retail Administration, Business Administration or Logistic

Overall experience: 1 year (laboratory, chemical, logistic and business environment)


Skills:

· Knowledge of tools: Coupa, SAP, Power BI

· Advanced skills in a MS Office environment (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)

· Proficiency in written and spoken English

Function specifics:

· Knowledge of chemicals, biologicals, and gases’ danger

· Business and numerical sense with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
