For our client, a global pharma company located nearby Lucerne, we are searching for a motivated person as

Labelling and Packaging Specialist, 100% (f/m/d)

Your tasks:

• Determine the multi-language booklet labels specifications (size, type)

• Ordering of booklets

• Request and review quotes/purchase orders for booklet orders

• Track the timelines provided for the orders and escalate in a timely manner in case of any issues

• Coordinate and communicate the booklet ordering related timelines and activities to Operations Planning, Label Room, Logistics and CSPM as required

• Attend any global meetings/initiatives related to the booklet ordering process

• Coordination of label print orders of external service provider (monitor timelines, liaise with external service providers and Operations Planning, prepare overprinting orders, approve label batch documents, quote review and PO request)

• Good Manufacturing Practices and Compliance in general: Follows workflows and procedures according to current SOPs

Your qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor`s degree and/or at least 2 years of experience in the clinical supply space (packaging/labeling operations)

• Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills

• Very good German and English skills

• Able to work independently

• Analytical thinking

• Eye for detail

• Able to work in the GMP environment

• Very good in Microsoft office

• Result oriented

• Team player
