What makes this position particularly interesting and stimulating:

• You are responsible for handling cases in the field of accident insurance
• You are responsible for obtaining the necessary documents for processing, as well as for the payment or refusal of various benefits. This includes, among other things, requesting reports, checking invoices and issuing decisions
• You are in daily contact with our insured persons and affiliates, various service providers and social institutions.

What you bring to HOTELA:

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship of the CFC type;
• You bring solid experience in the field of LAA or social insurances
• You possess excellent written and oral communication skills in French (level C2) and/or German (level C2) and/or Italian (level C2)
• You are an organised, proactive person ready to continuously train in this field of activity.
• You are capable of working both in a team and independently
• You are dynamic and flexible, comfortable in human contact and able to build a trusting relationship with your various interlocutors.

• You handle benefit cases in the field of accident insurance (UVG).
• You are responsible for obtaining the documents necessary for case processing as well as for granting or refusing various benefits. This includes, among other things, obtaining reports, checking invoices and issuing decisions.
• You are in daily contact with our insured persons and affiliated companies as well as with various service providers and social insurance institutions.

What you bring to HOTELA:

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (EFZ).

You bring solid experience in the field of accident insurance (UVG) or social insurances.

You have excellent oral and written language skills in French (level C2) and/or German (level C2) and/or Italian (level C2).

You are organised, proactive and ready to continuously further your education in this field.

You enjoy working in a team but can also act independently and responsibly.

You are dynamic and flexible, comfortable dealing with people and able to build a trusting relationship with different contacts.
