As a Kitchen Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:

• Preparing the necessary ingredients for dishes according to the chef's instructions.
• Proficiency with the slicer is mandatory.
• Assisting in the preparation and presentation of dishes.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen.
• Adhering to hygiene and food safety standards.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who possesses:

• At least 3 years of experience.
• Good teamwork skills.
• A proactive attitude and strong organisational skills.
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.

Important Information

• Vehicle essential due to limited public transport
• Work on weekends and public holidays
• Days off on Mondays and Tuesdays
