Key Accounts Manager Out Of Home - French-speaking Switzerland, Premium Spirits (m/f/d)



YOUR NEW RESPONSIBILITIES:
• You develop new Key Accounts in the Prestige and Ultra-Premium Out-of-Home segment and sustainably grow existing partnerships.
• You identify market potentials, acquire new customers, and maintain a strong network of key decision-makers.
• You are responsible for the economic development of your clients, including P&L as well as sales and profitability targets.
• You conduct commercial negotiations and conclude successful agreements.
• You develop individualised business plans for your clients and implement Joint Value Creation initiatives.
• You plan and execute premium activations as well as client-specific promotional programmes.
• You ensure optimal distribution and availability of our premium spirits portfolio.
• You support the Out-of-Home sales team as the key contact for the Premium Spirits segment.
• You analyse market, customer, and sales data to identify growth opportunities and manage your clients using relevant KPIs.
• You guarantee the achievement of the annual Business Plan objectives in terms of volume, sales, and profitability.
• You work closely with Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Revenue Growth Management, Supply Chain, and Sales, and implement international strategies at the client level.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
• Several years of experience in sales or Key Account Management, ideally in the spirits, beverage, or FMCG sectors.
• Experience in out-of-home, gastronomy, or hospitality is an advantage.
• A successful track record in developing and managing strategic customer relationships.
• Good knowledge of the Swiss market and, ideally, an already established network.
• Strong commercial understanding as well as experience with P&L responsibility.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• An analytical approach and ease in making data-driven decisions.
• Ability to manage complex projects independently and cross-functionally.
• Strong personal initiative, sense of responsibility, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office.
• Proficiency in data, analysis, and reporting.
• You speak fluent German and English.
