Key Account Manager BtoB Heavy Goods Vehicles (M/F) – French-speaking Switzerland

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will join the Euromaster Switzerland Sales team as a key player in the development of our BtoB Heavy Goods Vehicles activity.

Your mission? Develop, retain and grow a portfolio of strategic key accounts in French-speaking Switzerland, while positioning Euromaster CH as an essential partner in the sector.

Your mission

Develop the business

  • Develop and manage your client portfolio within your area
  • Identify and acquire new strategic accounts
  • Strengthen Euromaster’s presence in the Heavy Goods Vehicles market

Retain and grow your accounts

  • Build strong and lasting relationships with your clients
  • Ensure a high level of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Anticipate needs and create long-term value

Negotiate and close

  • Develop tailored commercial offers
  • Respond to strategic tenders
  • Negotiate commercial terms and ensure account profitability

Coordinate and find solutions

  • Work closely with internal teams
  • Design solutions adapted to client challenges
  • Ensure smooth and efficient execution of commitments

Your profile

Education

  • Business school / HEG / Commercial employee CFC or equivalent
  • Additional commercial training: a plus

Experience & skills

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar BtoB role
  • Experience in key account management and business development
  • Strong negotiation and client relationship skills
  • Excellent command of digital tools (CRM, MS Office)
  • Automotive / tyre knowledge: an asset
