On behalf of one of our partners, a Prestigious Watchmaking Manufacture, we are looking for their future Junior Watchmakers (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

Movement workshop

  • You will ensure the sequential assembly of basic automatic movements
  • You will carry out the control and adjustment of the beat
  • You will perform the various oiling and lubrication points
  • You will ensure the finishing operations, starting, setting the beat-marker and dynamic balancing
  • You will guarantee compliance with aesthetic quality criteria (cleanliness and general aesthetics of decorations) as well as functional criteria (0h - 24h, power reserve).


Case assembly workshop

  • You will carry out the crown gluing on the winding stem
  • You will perform the dial fitting followed by manual hand setting on the stand
  • You will then ensure the casing
  • You will guarantee compliance with quality criteria (hand setting alignment, date jump, cleanliness and general aesthetics).


Your profile:

  • You hold a watchmaker's Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) or an equivalent qualification
  • You ideally have some experience in one of the aforementioned positions
  • You master reading plans and nomenclatures as well as watchmaking control devices (Wischi...)
  • You are autonomous, rigorous, organised, proactive and have good analytical and synthesis skills
