## Job Description ##

* Coordinate and monitor the logistics and shipment processes to ensure timely and efficient operations.
* Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including invoices and customs paperwork.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
* Track and report shipment statuses to relevant parties.
* Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies during operations.
* Maintain accurate records and databases related to traffic and logistics activities.
* Support the team in optimising logistics processes and identifying areas for improvement.

## The Successful Applicant ##

A successful Junior Traffic Operator should have:

* Educational background related to logistics, supply chain, or a similar field.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
* Proficiency in English, with additional languages being an asset.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
* Interest or knowledge in the soft commodity sector.
