Junior Support (80 to 100%) Our company offers support for businesses, mainly in the Lausanne region. We have also been providing Internet connections and services for over 20 years. We have our own Internet network. As a Junior Support member (80 to 100%), you will be responsible for providing support alongside our engineers for our clients' infrastructures composed of MacOSX and Windows workstations. You will gradually be trained to also manage network infrastructures and servers (Windows, Linux, and Synology). Depending on your ability to acquire new skills, you will be tasked with a very varied job with real opportunities for advancement both at a technical level and in your responsibilities. Responsibilities include solving daily issues for client workstations, printers, and small network equipment, installing and configuring new MacOSX and Windows workstations as well as tablets, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting used software, maintaining access rights for new users and shares on servers, ensuring data archiving, working with external companies to resolve proprietary issues, and managing email, cloud, Adobe, and Office accounts. Profile: Recent graduate with a CFC or ES Technician qualification with knowledge of MacOSX, Win10, and servers, iOS and Android. Good analytical skills, capable of becoming independent in your work.
