Junior ServiceNow Consultant Your mission: By joining BEECY as a Junior ServiceNow Consultant on a permanent contract, you will immediately enter a structured skills development path, designed to gradually lead you towards a role as an experienced consultant. On a daily basis, you will directly engage in client projects and actively participate in the implementation of ServiceNow solutions. Your tasks will include, among others: - Analyzing needs and participating in the design of solutions on ServiceNow - Developing custom solutions on ServiceNow - Implementing and configuring ServiceNow modules according to best practices and with third-party systems (REST / SOAP APIs) - Participating in testing, deployment, and production phases - Providing support and follow-up for our clients' incidents - Participating in the development of our own ServiceNow, MyBEECY - Organizing, participating, and leading programs X is part of a unique path combining a permanent contract and a 3-year program, allowing you to gradually develop your skills. From your arrival, you are fully integrated as a BEECY consultant while following a structured program designed to guide young graduates towards an experienced consultant level, combining fieldwork and training: - You work on client projects as a junior consultant - You concurrently follow a progressive path over 3 years - You benefit from personalized support (supervisor + technical coach) - You prepare for and obtain ServiceNow certifications as well as internal and external ones - Your level of autonomy and responsibility gradually increases until you are able to work independently on client topics and offer proposals. Your profile CFC or equivalent title / Bachelor's in the field of skills and experiences in web development (JavaScript, AJAX, AngularJS, Bootstrap) Understanding the operation and architecture of APIs for Web Services (REST, SOAP, ITIL) Knowledge of Agile methodology Understanding of data models Level of spoken and written English for communication with English-speaking clients This position requires regular on-site presence to ensure quality support. You are based in the Fribourg region or able to travel there.
