The International School Basel (ISB) is an English-language international day school for students from ages 3 to 18. ISB is home to approximately 1,110 students who enjoy modern purpose-built facilities on three campuses clustered a few kilometers south of Basel in the towns of Reinach and Aesch. ISB is an International Baccalaureate World School offering the Primary Years Programme (PYP) for younger students aged 3 to 11, the Middle Years Programme (MYP) for students aged 11 to 16 and the Diploma Programme (DP) for students in the final two years of their school careers. ISB is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC).

THE POSITION

ISB seeks to appoint a passionate and dedicated Teacher of Modern Languages ( ) (100%) to join our School Modern Languages Team. The successful candidate will teach from Early Childhood 3 to Grade 5 within the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP), fostering students’ language development, curiosity and intercultural ideal candidate will have experience teaching in an international environment, a strong understanding of language acquisition and a commitment to engaging, student-centred learning.
