To support the development of the railway sector in our company, we are looking to integrate a JUNIOR RAILWAY CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR at 100% within our dynamic team at the Saint-Légier (VD) branch.Your mission- Plan, organize, and monitor railway construction sites at various locations- Master the contractual aspect and offer tracking. Be capable of negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers- Work in a team and inspire confidence- Be responsible for monitoring the safety of your construction sites- Participate in meetings with various representativesYour key skills- You hold a Federal Diploma as a foreman/construction supervisor or an equivalent title, and/or have one year of experience in a similar role- You possess excellent knowledge of metric and standard gauge tracks, as well as the Swiss railway network- You have a valid driver's license.
