Your action is part of a dynamic of proximity, listening, and strengthening the autonomy of individuals and communities.To strengthen its teams and support its development projects, the Municipality is opening the position of:Junior Project Manager at 80%In this capacity, you will notably be required to:- Design, develop, and manage projects promoting social inclusion and community living;- Identify the emerging needs of the population and propose responses adapted to local realities;- Support the implementation of actions designed to strengthen civic participation;- Develop, coordinate, and facilitate a network of institutional, community, and economic partners;- Foster synergies between the various actors in the territory in order to strengthen the effectiveness of the actions carried out;- Participate in the implementation of the objectives of the [program name] and municipal policies in terms of social cohesion;- Organize events, meetings, and awareness-raising actions intended to promote exchanges and mutual understanding;- Identify funding opportunities, prepare grant applications, and ensure the administrative and budgetary monitoring of projects;- Set up tools to measure the impact of the actions carried out and write activity reports.Your profile:You are motivated by the challenges of social cohesion, diversity, and public service.
