Polishers
Junior Polisher
You have some initial experience (1 to 3 years), a Federal VET Diploma (CFC), IFAGE training or an equivalent background. You wish to develop your skills within an experienced team and gradually progress towards greater autonomy.
Experienced Polisher
You have proven experience in polishing production watch components. You are autonomous in finishing operations, able to maintain a steady pace and ensure a consistent quality level on series productions.
Expert Polisher
You possess solid experience with complex pieces of high watchmaking, high jewellery or artistic crafts. You are capable of analysing a piece, defining the most suitable operational strategy when it is not established, and performing finishes on components with very high added value.
Your mission:
Within our finishing workshop, you will join an experienced team to progressively develop your polishing skills on watch components.
Depending on your experience and level of expertise, you will work on series productions or on technical pieces with high added value. Thanks to your technical mastery, attention to detail and quality standards, you contribute to ensuring finishes that meet the highest standards.
Main tasks:

Carry out preparation, polishing, brightening, satin finishing and finishing operations on watch components.

Apply operational sequences and quality standards, or adapt them when the complexity of the pieces requires it.

Preserve the geometries, surface conditions and functional characteristics of components throughout finishing operations.

Perform self-inspection of pieces, identify any defects and carry out appropriate corrections in compliance with quality requirements.

Adapt your working methods to the different components, materials and levels of complexity encountered.

Maintain an organised workstation and ensure proper use of tools and consumables.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of working methods, share best practices and, depending on your level of experience, pass on your know-how.
