Junior Operational Marketing Project Manager
Within our Marketing-Technical team, we are looking for our next Junior Operational Marketing Project Manager.
Expected profile

Master’s level with at least 1 year of experience in a similar position.

You enjoy working in a team on the technical and strategic implementation of marketing campaigns.

Rigorous and flexible, you are able to adapt to several tools and a constantly evolving business.

Organised, you can manage several tasks and projects simultaneously while considering deadlines and priorities.

Autonomous and proactive, you are able to make proposals on customer journeys as well as challenge the content sent to readers/subscribers.

Essential taste for technical digital tools (CRM, CMS, tracking, SQL, etc.).

Curiosity for tools and uses related to AI and new technologies.

A taste for writing work is a plus.

An open mind and an interest in natural health is a plus.
Under the responsibility of the Operations Director, you will be particularly in charge of the following tasks:

Collaborate with an editorial project manager and/or a marketing project manager, you ensure the operational management of sales campaigns, product launches by creating sales/registration journeys (order forms, landing pages, product sheets, etc.).

Actively participate in the turnover of Biosanté Éditions through the exploitation of existing sales campaigns, the implementation of gauntlets, automation, sending opportunistic emails, additional sales on journeys, etc.

Send free letters and content to subscribers respecting the campaign schedule and proper targeting.

Publish articles and product sheets online on the various Biosanté Éditions websites.

Participate in writing advertising messages, producing short sales texts.

Ensure reporting of your activity, monitor KPIs, identify improvement levers.
Skills:
- Previous experience in using emailing tools (mastery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus)
- Mastery of Wordpress, HTML, CSS, and SQL is a plus
- Impeccable level of French both written and spoken
- A second language is a plus (Italian, German, English)

- Location: Lausanne (Switzerland)
- 40 minutes from Geneva (airport), 3h40 from Paris (TGV)
