This role is an excellent opportunity to gain concrete experience within a demanding, innovative, and highly excellence-oriented production environment. Your main responsibilities will be as follows:- Conduct field visits (Gemba) to analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement.- Monitor and analyze industrial performance indicators (OEE, quality, yield, productivity).- Participate in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with the teams.- Contribute to Lean projects (5S, Kaizen, problem-solving) aimed at strengthening process efficiency.- Identify sources of waste and propose corrective actions.- Contribute to updating work standards as well as developing visual management.- Support the deployment of new tools and methodologies alongside the Excellence team.Profile soughtYou are in your final year of studies or currently enrolled in a university of applied sciences, higher technical college, or university in one of the following fields:- Industrial Engineering- Agri-food- Food Technology- Supply Chain- Production ManagementYou demonstrate a marked interest in continuous improvement and industrial environments. Endowed with an excellent analytical mind, you enjoy fieldwork and know how to evolve effectively within teams. You master office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
