To strengthen our Life Insurance department, which provides our clients with high-level services in claims management, we are looking for a Junior Italian-speaking Lawyer (m/f/x) at 60%, for Mission Insurance. Your responsibilities include: Handling disputes in accident insurance, making decisions on appeals and drafting legal documents; Managing disputes in sickness loss of earnings insurance, negotiating, mediating, and drafting legal documents; Analyzing and responding to legal questions from file managers in LAA and sickness loss of earnings, underwriters, and brokers; Actively participating in internal projects and initiatives. Your profile: Master's degree in law or an equivalent qualification; Ideally, some experience in a similar role within the field of social insurance; French-speaking and proficient in Italian; Proficient in common tools (MS Office).
