Job Description

• Recruitment, analysis and selection of staff for our headquarters and for our sales outlets in Switzerland in collaboration with operational managers
• Management of the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, training, performance management and professional development
• Advice and coaching to line and Store Managers
• Resolution of interpersonal conflicts and implementation of action plans if necessary
• Application of HR policies and procedures, while being proactive in suggesting improvements
• Ensuring compliance with various regulations and laws (Labour Law, CO, group directives, collective labour agreements, etc.)
• Regular travel to shops across Switzerland

Profile

• You hold a commercial apprenticeship certificate (CFC) and have further training in Human Resources
• Some initial experience in the Human Resources field is highly desirable

Required Skills

• You have strong listening skills and the ability to manage stressful situations
• You are diplomatic and solution-oriented

Languages

• You are a native French or German speaker, have excellent command of the other language and possess good knowledge of English.
