Junior Consultant - Support Head of Consulting & Project ServicesThe role Support Head of Consulting & Project Services supports the division management in conceptual and strategic issues. The focus is on the content-related preparation of decisions, central coordination, and ensuring the structured, effective implementation of strategic initiatives.Tasks & Expected Support & Decision Bases- Content-related preparation, analysis, and processing of decision bases for the Head of Consulting & Project Services- Collaboration on the further development of the strategy and derivation of concrete measures- Preparation of management reports, business cases, and decision-making documents- Steering & cross-divisional coordination of programs and initiatives- Tracking of measures, resolutions, and milestones (incl. interfaces between Consulting, Project Services, and other relevant units)- Operational excellence & support in the further development of structures, processes, and governance models- Preparation, moderation, and follow-up of management meetings, workshops, and committees- Identification of optimization potential in workflows, control mechanisms, and interfaces- Communication & Stakeholder Management- Structured preparation of complex content for different target groups (management, executives, teams)- Support for internal communication regarding topics, strategies, and decisions- Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholdersWhat you bring:Professional- Completed university degree (e.g., business administration, engineering, or comparable)- Experience in consulting, project management, business management, or a comparable role is desirable- Very good understanding of business contexts and experience in the creation of presentations and decision-making documentsMethodical- Distinct analytical and conceptual skills- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working- High implementation strength and ability to consistently drive topics forward- Professional handling and application of AI solutionsPersonal- Very good communication and coordination skills at the management level- Discretion, trustworthiness, and professional demeanor- High resilience and flexibility- Confident demeanor even in complex and dynamic situations jid625149daen jit0625aen jpiy26aen
