Junior Building Project Manager for a Major Brand in Switzerland!
About the Role
Our client, a major organisation in Switzerland, is looking for a project manager to oversee the execution of a key renovation project in Geneva. You will join a small team of experienced project managers where you will quickly have the opportunity to take autonomy in managing an important renovation project for the organisation. You will be responsible for managing relationships with contractors and suppliers as well as monitoring deliverables and project quality.
Tasks
- Coordinate a renovation project involving several buildings
- Collaborate with contractors for project management and safety monitoring on site
- Follow up with suppliers
- Supervise the budget and ensure the quality of final deliverables
- Ensure compliance with contractual deadlines and applicable standards
- Coordinate internal and external teams and provide regular reporting
We Are Looking For
- You have some initial experience in managing construction and renovation projects
- You are proficient with project management tools (MS Project, GANTT, etc.)
- You are comfortable with IT tools and ERPs
- You have good knowledge of Swiss standards in the construction sector (a real plus)
- You are available quickly and wish to commit long-term
