• Trained as a Civil/Building/Architectural Technician ES, or equivalent
• A proven experience of at least 3/5 years in a similar position within site management in Switzerland (ideally Geneva)
• You are versatile and proactive
• You know how to manage projects by setting priorities for your contractors
• With good interpersonal skills, you know how to advise and support clients throughout the construction process
• You have good knowledge of SIA, AEAI standards and occupational safety regulations.
• You are proficient in office, design, cost study and planning software (Messerli, MS Project, AutoCAD...)

Main tasks:

• Preparation of contractor bids and awards
• Development of schedules
• Preparation of contractor contracts
• Site supervision, including costs, deadlines and quality
• Conducting handovers with clients
• Coordination of contractors and subcontractors
• Conducting site meetings with contractors and subcontractors
• Monitoring warranty work
• Final accounts
• Administrative tasks related to the site
• Invoice control
