For a 100% permanent position, we are looking for a Junior General Contractor Site Manager for a design and construction management office.- Technician ES civil/building/architect, or equivalent.- Confirmed experience of at least 3/5 years in a similar position within construction management in Switzerland (ideally Geneva).- You are versatile and proactive.- You know how to manage projects by setting priorities, you have good interpersonal skills, and you know how to advise and accompany clients in the construction process.- You have good knowledge of SIA and AEAI standards and occupational safety regulations. Good knowledge of housing regulations is also desired.- You are proficient in office, design, pricing, and management software (Messerli, MS Project, Autocad...).Main tasks:- Preparation of contractor tenders and schedules.- Preparation of contractor contracts.- Site supervision, including costs, deadlines, and acceptance of work with clients and contractors.- Conducting site meetings and managing subcontractors.- Follow-up of warranty work.- Final accounts.- Tasks inherent to the construction site.- Quality control.Please note that we will only respond to applications corresponding to the job requirements within 10 days.
