Junior Construction Manager - Permanent contract at 100%Job descriptionOn behalf of our client, an architecture and real estate project management firm based in Geneva and active throughout French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a Junior Construction Manager for a 100% permanent contract. Integrated into a multidisciplinary team, you will participate in the monitoring of varied projects in the fields of energy, industrial buildings, retail, offices, and interior design. You will benefit from close support from a Senior Construction Manager in order to progressively develop your autonomy and your skills in the specificities of the Swiss market. Start date desired between the beginning and end of September, with flexibility depending on availability.Main missions- Ensure the monitoring and management of construction sites and participation in the design and pre-execution phases of projects- Carry out submissions and calls for tenders- Perform measurements and participate in budget monitoring- Contribute to the establishment of construction schedules- Carry out regular visits to construction sites and ensure the monitoring of work progress- Coordinate the various stakeholders and ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality- Participate in the administrative and financial monitoring of construction sites- Consult and use the technical plans necessary for the proper execution of projectsWe are looking for a profile meeting the following criteria- Higher education in civil engineering, construction, architecture, or an equivalent field- First professional experience in the construction sector or construction site monitoring- Experience in Switzerland of at least 1 year desired- Good understanding of construction processes and the specificities of the Swiss market- Ability to carry out submissions, measurements, and cost estimates- Knowledge of the different phases of a construction project- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word and Excel- Familiarity with technical plans and software such as ArchiCAD- Knowledge of Messerli software is a plus- Motivated, rigorous, and eager to evolve in construction management- Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn from experienced professionals- Ability to work on several projects simultaneously jid3d82493aen jit0727aen jpiy26aen
