## Job Description ##

* Identify tooling needs on each production cell in collaboration with team leaders.
* Document and standardize tool requirements across work areas.
* Design 5S foam layouts using on-site CAD software.
* Place orders for foam inserts based on approved designs.
* Implement and validate foam solutions upon delivery.
* Support Lean Management initiatives on efficiency, flow, and waste reduction.
* Contribute to workstation organization and visual management updates.
* Observe workflows and suggest simple improvement opportunities.
* Maintain proper documentation of all implemented changes.
* Collaborate with operational teams to ensure smooth adoption of new standards.





## The Successful Applicant ##

* Junior engineering graduate or early-stage engineering student.
* Basic experience or comfort with CAD tools (internal training provided).
* Strong interest in Lean methodologies and operational optimization.
* Practical, hands-on mindset with readiness to engage directly on the shop floor.
* Organized, reliable, and attentive to detail.
* Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with team leaders.
* Curious, proactive, and eager to learn quickly.
* Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
