First Job Fixed-Term Contract - AccountantWithin the Finance, Sustainability, Law & Risk Department, the Accounts unit, within the Accounts and Financing Activity, has the mission of ensuring compliance with accounting or financial rules, standards, and laws. It contributes to value creation for the company by closing the accounts each month and producing consolidated financial statements according to energy standards in the service of a sustainable Geneva.This position is an excellent opportunity to join an accounting team and acquire varied experience within a dynamic environment. You will be required to participate in the accounting activities of a defined scope while developing your skills in financial analysis and reporting.Within the framework of your function, you will be responsible for:- Participating in monthly closings and the annual closing;- Contributing to the analysis and justification of accounts;- Participating in the entry and control of accounting entries;- Ensuring compliance with accounting procedures and internal controls;- Collaborating with various internal stakeholders to ensure the quality of financial data;- Participating in various accounting tasks in support of the team.Your personality and skillsYou enjoy teamwork and develop constructive relationships with your various contacts. Previous experience or knowledge of SAP is an asset.Your background:- Bachelor/Master in business economics, accounting, or equivalent title;- Previous experience in accounting (internship, apprenticeship, or employment) is an asset;- Knowledge of Swiss/IFRS accounting principles and a strong desire to develop skills in the field;- Interest in accounting and financial processes;- Proficiency with tools, particularly MS Office (in particular Excel);- Knowledge of SAP or an accounting ERP is an asset.The salary will be calculated based on a reference annual salary distributed over thirteen salaries, depending on your degree:- Bachelor: CHF .-- gross (100% base) distributed over thirteen salaries;- Master: CHF .-- gross (100% base) distributed over thirteen salaries.The company regularly welcomes young graduates to offer them a first professional experience within the framework of a fixed-term contract of one year.
