Then do not hesitate any longer!About the roleAs a Customer Service Agent, you will join a dynamic team providing continuous assistance to its clients. This role involves managing client interactions with professionalism.We offer- A long-term position (6 months renewable up to 2-3 years) with an activity percentage between 20 and 40%.- Shifts from 7 PM to 11 PM (and occasionally during the day), planned one month in advance according to your availability.- Days of training to start.- The opportunity to develop your skills in communication and priority case management within a structured professional environment.Tasks- Take phone calls and document interactions accurately.- Process incoming emails and manage priority cases.- Provide quality customer support.We are looking for- You are currently studying.- Advanced mastery of French and English.- You have a minimum B2 knowledge of German.- You reside in Switzerland.- It is meritorious if you possess good knowledge of Italian and/or German.- To succeed in this function, your personal skills are as follows:- Organized and reliable: You manage your shifts and tasks with rigor.
