ITIL/ServiceNow Consultant - 60% We are actively looking for an experienced consultant in ITIL process management (Process Manager) for one of our clients based in the Canton of Valais. The activity rate is set at 60%, or 3 days a week. Possibility of remote work (1 day). Under the direction of the Process project manager and in collaboration with other process managers, your mission will be to ensure the processes related to Change Management. The tasks to be performed will be: 1) Change Management:- Participate in driving the change management process: - Monitor changes - Manage change models - Manage maintenance windows - Organize the review of measures with team/section managers - Perform appropriate conformity sampling based on the volume of records and risks - Follow up on corrective actions for non-compliance - Provide functional support (process, tool, manage the CAB) - Maintain a performance dashboard - Identify and implement improvements to the process or inter-processes - Keep the process documentation and the deployment of the process up to date (scope extensions or new features) - Identify tools (ServiceNow) and perform functional testing 2) Definition, implementation, and improvement of the Configuration Management process:- Participate in driving the configuration management process with responsibility for the quality and structure of the data in the CMDB so that it can support other processes- Provide functional support (process, tool, identify new needs and propose solutions to meet them)- Perform completeness, compliance, and accuracy audits- Organize the review of audits with the responsible managers of CIs- Follow up on corrective actions for non-compliance- Maintain a performance and health dashboard of the CMDB- Identify and implement improvements to the process or inter-processes- Keep the process documentation and the deployment of the process up to date (scope extensions or new features)- Identify tools (ServiceNow) and perform functional testingTo successfully carry out this mission, you must possess the following skills:- Excellent knowledge of ITIL V3 and V4 best practices, supported by recent experiences. jid38d2de7aen jit0208aen jpiy26aen
