For our department at our branch in Mont-sur-Lausanne, we are looking for an: Italian-speaking specialist (m/f).Your challenges:- Analyze and manage complex cases, providing clear and reasoned decisions.- Manage specific medical expenses, in compliance with legal bases and internal guidelines.- Support insured individuals, notably through taking calls and providing personalized follow-up on their requests.- Support internal teams (managers, referents, customer service…) by answering business-related questions.- Write and track correspondence, guarantees, and documents in dedicated tools.- Collaborate with specialized services (legal, medical, anti-fraud, price control) to resolve complex issues.- Maintain direct relations with healthcare providers to ensure a smooth and transparent management of the client experience, particularly through digital projects (mobile, website).- Assist insured individuals in case of invoice queries, coordinating actions with the relevant services.Your talents:- Background in commercial or paramedical fields.- Holder (or in progress) of a Federal Certificate (a bilingual in Italian and French).- Ideally, at least 2 years of experience in a service role, with knowledge of the Syrius and BSI tools.Our advantages:- 40-hour workweek (100%).- Minimum of 5 weeks of vacation.- Monthly contribution to travel expenses if using public transport.- Social benefits and significant discount on health insurance.- Welcome internal entry: Immediately or to be agreed upon.- Activity rate: 80% - 100%.- Workplace: Le Mont-sur-Lausanne. jid0e1b819aen jit0414aen jpiy26aen
